In this day and age, the majority of us work with therapists to iron out the many challenges that life presents to us in our everyday lives. Some of use therapy to provide clarity on personal struggles and others may use it for work struggles. There are so many other reasons as well. No matter the reason that you see a therapist, one thing that we can all agree on is that there may have been some aspect of that session that has provided clarity in our own lives.

Tune into this unique episode as we listen to Jason Wieder, Licensed Master of Social Work and Professional Actor, as he takes a deep dive into how he has managed to utilize both sides of his profession, to not only provide more givens to his character on stage on a psychological level, but to also to combine several creatives in his daily practice that will benefit his everyday clients. In this episode, Jason provides definitions that are normally used in the clinical therapy field, provides definitions so that everyday people can understand, and takes us on a deep dive journey to what is really going on psychologically in people's minds and why people react the way they do to specific circumstances. Lastly, he explains how the arts are a beneficial tool that can be used to not only heal his patients, but to help himself in everyday situations.
